Getting started is easy. Sign up for a free trial, follow our onboarding wizard, and you’ll be automating support within minutes. Our quickstart guide walks you through connecting your knowledge base and going live step by step.
Plans & billing
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you’ll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Security & data
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it’s never used to train our AI models. You decide what Consuy runs automatically and what waits for a person, and every action it takes is logged, attributable, and reversible.
